Pricing
- We strive to display accurate pricing on our platform but reserve the right to change prices in exceptional circumstances.
- If a price correction is needed, you will be notified before payment is processed and given the option to update or cancel your order.
- Prices are available in multiple currencies, with Syrian Pounds (SYP) being the default. You may choose your preferred currency from the dropdown list.
Order Placement & Payment Options
We offer three main payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery

- Electronic Payment Services
- Customers are free to select the payment method that suits them best.
- We offer secure online payment facilitation (see the Security section for more info).
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email followed by order review details.
- If an item becomes unavailable or pricing is incorrect, we will inform you and give you the option to modify or cancel the order.
- These terms, as well as seller and customer dealings, are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
- By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Within Syria
- Damascus & surrounding areas: delivery within 24–48 hours.
- Other governorates: up to 7 days depending on local logistics services.
- Delivery hours: 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will update you.
All deliveries are subject to product availability.
International Shipping
- We rely on trusted international shipping partners. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. (We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on actual shipment weight.)
- If a pricing difference occurs, you will be notified before processing, and may update or cancel the order.
- SyriaCart reserves the right to ship by land or air depending on availability, customs, and destination-specific regulations.
Customs
- Orders within Syria are exempt from customs fees.
- For international orders, customs duties may apply depending on your country. We recommend checking your local customs policy before ordering.
Shipping Address Details
We encourage customers to provide accurate and complete delivery details. Orders are delivered to the provided shipping address.
If the delivery address is changed after dispatch, additional re-routing charges may apply and delivery timing may change.
A signature upon delivery is required. After signing the delivery receipt, no claims for damaged goods will be accepted. Photo ID may be requested.
Accepted forms of ID:
- Valid National ID
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Passport (bio page and visa)
If you paid via bank transfer or e-wallet, the identity details must match exactly.
SyriaCart does not deliver to countries without official relations with Syria, and complies with all legal restrictions regarding trade, embargoed goods, and sanctioned entities.
Returns & Warranty
Standard Warranty
All products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
Vendor Warranty Information
Each product on our platform is covered by the seller’s warranty policy, shown on their store page. These may be updated at any time.
Fashion Products
- Exchanges must be made immediately upon receiving the product and checking the size, design, and color.
- Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- One exchange is allowed per order. The replacement will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item.
International Returns
- Return shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable and fully borne by the customer.
- Delivery charges are also non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Products
- For manufacturing defects, contact us with full details.
- If a product is found defective within 7 days, we will collect and replace it within 5 business days, depending on availability.
- Pickup will be arranged at the delivery address. Our team will inspect the product upon collection.
- The customer must provide the original invoice (available in the customer account) and matching personal ID.
If the product is outside the warranty period, we will attempt repair or replacement based on the issue.
Products cannot be returned if they are used, opened, unsealed, or tampered with.
Repairs
- We offer repairs for products under warranty.
- Repairs are processed within 15 business days, depending on the case.
Order Cancellation
- To cancel, please contact us immediately.
- You are not required to give a reason, but a brief explanation helps us improve.
- If the order has not been processed yet, it will be cancelled directly.
- If it is being processed, we will do our best to stop it and help you choose the right item.
- If the order is packed or shipped, cancellation may still be possible, but a restocking fee may apply.
- If already delivered, cancellation is only possible if the item remains sealed and in original condition.
- You must return the product within 2 days at your own cost. If not, we will collect it and deduct return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged due to negligence before return, you may be charged for the damage.
Refunds will be issued minus any applicable charges.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
If the order was paid via bank transfer or e-payment, refunds may take up to 25 days depending on the bank or payment service. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
We strive for pricing and product accuracy, but mistakes can happen.
If we detect one, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.
If we are unable to reach you, the order will be treated as cancelled.
Privacy
Provision of Official Documents
To enhance safety and comply with banking regulations, we may request copies of your valid ID and bank account details (in rare cases and for security purposes).
This may occur at the time of delivery or order processing.
Failure to provide these documents may result in cancellation of the transaction.
All information is collected under data protection laws and is never stored, sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Security
During checkout, we use the latest encryption and cybersecurity technologies.
Bank account and e-wallet details are not stored beyond their intended purpose.
All sensitive information is transmitted via SSL (HTTPS).
We take all reasonable precautions to protect your data.
Unless due to proven negligence, we are not responsible for unauthorized access to customer-submitted information.
Platform Uptime
We take all reasonable measures to keep the platform (website and app) available 24/7, 365 days/year.
However, technical issues may occur beyond our control (e.g. server downtime), for which we cannot be held liable.
