Registration and Account

How do I start selling on SYRIA Cart?

Click on “Become a Seller” or “Register Your Store.” Fill out the registration form accurately with the required information. Your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the result via email.

What documents are required for registration?

A copy of your national ID, a copy of your commercial registration, and your bank account information.

Are there any registration fees?

There are no initial registration fees.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email or mobile number.

Store and Product Management

How do I add products to my store?

After logging into your seller dashboard, go to the “Products” or “Product Management” section and select “Add New Product.” Fill in all the required fields accurately, including images, name, description, price, quantity, and category.

What are the image specifications?

High-quality images (minimum resolution of 600x600 pixels), with a white or neutral background, clearly showing the product from multiple angles. Avoid blurry images or those with external watermarks.

How do I set the shipping price?

  • You can use the integrated shipping system with our partners based on weight and destination.
  • You can set a fixed shipping rate within Syria or by province.
  • You can offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount.

Orders and Shipping

How do I know when I receive a new order?

You’ll receive a notification via email and in your seller dashboard. Regularly check the “Orders” section.

How long do I have to ship the order?

The order must be shipped and handed over to the shipping company within 1–3 business days from the order confirmation time. Delays may affect your store rating on the Syria Cart platform.

How do I enter a tracking number?

Go to the specific order in your seller dashboard. You’ll find a field to enter the tracking number and select the shipping company. Enter it immediately after shipping the order.

Payments and Earnings

When and how do I receive my earnings?

Earnings are transferred two weeks after the customer receives the order (or after the return period ends) via direct bank transfer to your registered account. You’ll find a detailed account statement in your dashboard.

Returns and Customer Service

What if a customer wants to return a product?

The customer will initiate the return/exchange request through their account on SYRIA Cart. You’ll receive a notification. Review the request and the reason for the return. If it complies with our policies, approve the request and provide an address to collect the returned product. [Be sure to specify who bears the return shipping cost based on the reason.]

How long does it take to process a return?

Once the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions, the customer refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refunded amount will be deducted from your upcoming earnings if the return is due to a defect or error on your part.
